Benny The Grotesque

Benny is our guard dog, our lock and key, our alarm system. Benny is a deadbolted door, a vault. He is small but mighty. This fierce little giant is all stone and all loyalty. Benny has dedicated his eternal life to protecting the greenhouse grounds and I can’t imagine a safer place.

Ariana Fate was studying Herbalism at the University of Wyoming when she came upon the stone beast in the Fall of 2012. Benny was found perched on the large sandstone rooves of the University campus. He quickly followed Ariana Fate, tired of the fierce rooftop winds. Now Benny chats with the crows that perimeter the Greenhouse grounds and he hums with the cicadas in the sun. Beware anyone who sets foot on Fate Gardens with less than good intentions, for Benny is the most steadfast Grotesque to be carved from stone.
