Or just Leroy for short, is second to none when it comes to handymen. He is the darling of the crowd, beloved by all who meet him. He’s simple, easily entertained, and surprisingly content. Specializing in outboard motors and dock repairs for friends, Leroy is also a brilliant inventor and can be found immersed in aquatic innovations, driven by enthusiastic friends and self made scientists. Talk around the lake is that Leroy can make anything float and this reputation often brings him unimaginable requests. Invisible submarines, underwater bicycles, submergible treadmills. Someone even dared ask him to cobble floatation shoes.

Leroy never says no to giving a helping hand and so while he’s making people walk on water and sorting out flying cars, you can find him in the garage with his best friend, Caractacus Potts, laughing, whistling a tune and inventing the future.
